When you use Crosslinks Money Transfer, log onto www.crosslinksmoney.com/ and click on "Register Now" and fill in the details. You can then send your first transfer by clicking on Send Money and this first transfer entitles you to Special FX Rates and zero transaction fee. The registration process is simple and seamless.


Registration is required to be done only once. For returning customers, simply click on Sign In and use your credentials to log in and then proceed to Send Money using our Every Day Rates.


It is not necessary, to send money immediately upon registration. You can send money any time after registration is complete and by logging into our website or mobile app using your secure credentials. You are entitled to our special rates upon your first transaction.


At present we are present in all provinces of Canada, except for Quebec and you to upload a government ID of that province. We are in the process of obtaining the Quebec License.


Once your registration process is complete, you have to click on Send Money. Based on the payment method (Interac Email transfer or Debit Card) of your choice, you will be taken to the Regular page (for Email transfer) or Fast page (Debit Card). You can send in the only CAD from Canada.


You can send money to India, Sri Lanka & Philippines at present. Many more countries will be added along the way.

At present, money can only be received in the local currencies of the pay-out country (example – Indian Rupees in India, Pilipino Pesos in Philippines, and the like). We are constantly adding new products to our service offerings.


You can send a maximum of CA $3000/day. This limit can be increased for customers under compliance with Canadian Local laws. For more details, please contact us by phone or email.


Regular is the mode of remittance, where the payment method chosen on our website is Bank Transfer. Fast is a mode of remittance, where the payment method chosen is Interac e-Transfer.

The beneficiary can receive payment in Cash or directly into their bank accounts. For selected countries, we also offer Home Delivery.


When you send the money, we give you the exact amount of money which will be paid out to the beneficiary on the receipt depending on the FX conversion at that point of time. In case the beneficiary received lesser than the payout amount, please contact our office by phone or email immediately. Please be assured, the beneficiary will receive the exact amount as per receipt and there are no hidden charges.

IDs are needed only at the time of registration. In case your ID in our system has expired, then the system will be required to update the same with the new date and ID details.


Service charges differ according to the amount of transfer and country selected are displayed on Home and country pages. The charges mentioned will be applicable exactly and there are no other charges.


You can request an increase of limit via email. The easiest way to increase the limit is doing regular transactions. Here we automatically assess the same and increase the limit on the system per our policy.


No, we do not check credit score and thus there is no hit on the credit score.


Yes, till the time the transaction is in transit, changes can be made. For cash pay-outs the beneficiary will have to receive the cash for it to be marked paid in the system. For bank deposit, a transaction to be marked paid, it has to be received by the beneficiary bank. For home delivery, the transaction to be marked paid, the same has to be out for delivery to the intended recipient.

  • Once the transaction is paid, no changes can be made.
  • A change in a transaction which alters the amount or the name of the beneficiary in full or major, a new transaction has to be made, at no extra cost.
  • Note: A change in a transaction may cause delays in the transaction.

To make any changes to an existing transaction, you need to mail us or call us for changes to the transaction details, provided it has not been paid out till that point of time. You can Lock In the exchange rates for 2 hours at point of time, irrespective of if you are new or existing user. When you lock in the rates, they are stored in our system and will appear when you sign in to Send Money. The rates expire after 2 hours and you can lock them in again. When you got to transact within the two hours, the system will prompt you on your locked in Rate and if the current rate is better than the locked in rate then it will through up the option to modify to the better rate. We are committed to transparency and the best advantage to the user and will continue to offer such benefits.


Please send us an email on support@crosslinksmoney.com and we will review your account and close it in our system. On the request for deletion our Customer Service Department will call you on the registered phone number to assess, the reason and see if we could change your mind.


Account Credit is one of our service offering, where we directly deposit the money you send into the Beneficiary's Bank Account. We generate a Reference # for every Account Credit transaction. The beneficiary's bank details are given to us at the time of registration or later, via the add beneficiary feature in your account. Due to compliance requirement, the account holder and beneficiary name per our system, should be the same. There are a few mandatory fields which needs to be filled by you. These fields help us transmit the money to your beneficiary seamlessly. These details are, for example, Exact Name of the Beneficiary per Bank Records, Account #, Local Payment service code (examples - IFSC code for India, SLIPS Code for Sri Lanka, IBAN Code for Pakistan and UAE, etc.). There are also different services particular to the pay-out country, for example SLIPS payment and RTGS payment in Sri Lanka; NEFT, IMPS & RTGS payments in India & the like in other countries. The service would vary basis the payment method chosen and the capacity of the beneficiary bank, to access the pay-out country payment services. The KYC requirement of the bank has to be met as per local regulations at the time of credit or usage of funds from the account.


Cards Payout is a service offering, where we directly deposit the money into the Card (either prepaid or postpaid) held by the beneficiary. We generate a Reference # for every Account Credit transaction. This service is specific to countries, where the local regulations allow for such card top ups. Due to compliance requirement, the card holder and beneficiary name per our system should be the same. You will have to input the full card number of the beneficiary into our system, plus give us few more details like card issuer name, etc. When Card Payout is applicable in a pay-out country, our system will automatically have the option in the system as a drop down fill in the box, where you can choose the service. The KYC requirement of the card issuer has to be met as per local regulations at the time of credit or usage of funds from the account.


Wallet Top-Up is a service offering, where we directly deposit the money into the electronic wallet (either prepaid or postpaid) held by the beneficiary. We generate a Reference # for every Account Credit transaction. This service is specific to countries, where the local regulations allow for such wallet top-ups. Due to compliance requirement, the wallet holder and beneficiary name per our system should be the same. You will have to input the full unique wallet identification number of the beneficiary into our system, plus give us few more details like wallet issuer name, etc. When Wallet Top-Ups are allowed in a payout country, our system will automatically option in the system as a drop down fill in the box, where you can choose the service. The KYC requirement of the wallet issuer has to be met as per local regulations at the time of credit or usage of funds from the account.


Home Delivery is a service offering, where we directly payout cash to the beneficiary by home delivery. This service is specific to countries, where the local regulations allow for Home Delivery and the availability of this service is mentioned in our country page. We generate a Reference # for every Account Credit transaction. Due to compliance requirement, the beneficiary name per our system should be the same as per the ID produced for payout. The KYC requirement of the home delivery agency has to be met as per local regulations at the time of payout. You will have to input the full details of the beneficiary into our system, plus give us few more details like address, etc. When Home Delivery is allowed in a payout country, our system will automatically option in the system as a drop down fill in the box, where you can choose the service.


Cash Payout is a service offering, where we payout cash to the beneficiary, per our system. This service is specific to countries, where the local regulations allow for Cash and the availability of this service is mentioned in our country page. When you do a cash transaction, we generate a Reference # and your beneficiary has to present the same to the payout location, along with IDs needed for such cash payout in accordance with local regulations. The name of beneficiary has to exactly match with that of the IDs produced. The KYC requirement of the cash payout agency has to be met as per local regulations at the time of payout. You will have to input the full details of the beneficiary into our system, plus give us few more details like address, etc. if the local regulations require the same. When Cash Payout is allowed in a payout country, our system will automatically option in the system as a drop down fill in the box, where you can choose the service.
